Packet pickup Friday, August 2,
from 1-5pm at Midland Athletic, then from 6-8PM at COM west parking lot.
Practice swim from 6:30-7:30 pm

Tall City Splash and Dash
Youth ages 5-16 swim in the FMH pool, then run through Windlands park.
Time Trial start approximately 8am.
Prices: $25 until July 15 ... $30 July 16 - Aug. 2, 8PM
